oxygen-free copper rod or an electrician's round aluminum rod

through a specified mold to achieve a flat cross-section.

Built to customer specifications, using insulating enamel

with the required temperature resistance index and compatibility,

coated with multiple layers of insulating enamel,

applied via mold or felt, followed by baking treatment

to seamlessly integrate the enamel with the wire.

Application

Widely used in windings for motors, transformers, power tools, and instruments.
